Virtually every firm or corporate entity does not encourage workplace affairs for this very reason.
It mostly never ends well......So what so wacky about it.......bizarre.

Virtually every University has rules against Teacher/student relationships even if of a legal age.
because of the obvious problems it causes and conflict of interest.
