I just worry that we get distracted by the flash.

This is just my opinion but I think players like Sterling, Moses and Oxlade Chamberlain ect ect are vastly over rated in terms of end product.
They have a flash and speed that makes them look amazing but do we get an end product.
Sturridge is top class when fit. Welbeck has never been super prolific but is a decent player.
Everyone who has played with Delph says he is f**king amazing on the training ground. Just needs to show more of that in big games.
