Total and utter delusion

They cannot come to terms with the fact that these days they are a tinpot club with a little bit of distant history and maybe not much of a future. They are owned lock, stock and barrel by businessman Marcus Evans who is faced with current debts approaching ?100m and rising. If things keep on going as badly as they are he will have to put the club into administration. On his own admission it was essential they got into the Premier League which isn't going to happen any time soon, if ever. The Ipswich supporters would have you believe that Murphy is worth ?6m - he is 32 and for the first time ever managed to score a number of goals last season. They would have you believe that Mings is instantly worth ?10m - he was playing non-league football little more than a year ago. Every team in the land watched Sears for years while he was at Southend and could have picked him up for ?150,000 - now he too is worth ?10m according to those thickheads. To complete the joke how much do you think they value Bishop at? Do I hear ?10m? You got it!
On a positive note when Ipswich Town FC finally folds Ipswich Wanderers would be able to fill the breach immediately.
