did pretty well at Derby until Chris Martin got injured, although obviously it was his fault for not really having a plan B. Forest, Wolfsburg and his return to Twente all went wrong though, which shows the fickle nature of football management I guess. He is neither great nor terrible though. Alex Neil will have us finishing above his Newcastle side.
