I?ve been really surprised yet so, SO pleased that many people have said the same comment to me about the tone of the song. It?s the first time, I?ve ever heard anyone say things like that from my stuff.
I think it comes down to?after the fireworks had stopped, we all sat on the coach and reminisced.
Other fans may look at the sang?and think weirdly lame - which it is in a way, but a Chelsea, Arsenal?even Middlesboro fans?wouldn?t feel the same as we did that day.
30 years is a long long time?
