on a longer run you can play games with yourself as well

pick one or two "trigger" songs. Select them in your playlist, look away, then drop them "somewhere" so you're not expecting them. Then when you suddenly hear YMCA, wherever you are, you've got to do the arm movements on the chorus. If it's something like Billie Jean you have to stop, turn around, moonwalk ten paces, then carry on running. Keeps it fresh.

You may, of course, have more dignity than me. I'm overweight and not young so I figure any dignity I had is gone by the time I'm in lycra anyway so I've got nothing to lose if someone does spot me (I tend to be in the cuds so rarely is there anyone else around).
