I saw the 2nd half of Sweden v Nigeria mainly because it caught my attention

by being an incredibly open match. Women's football has improved in recent years but the quality of goalkeeping still can make it look a bit of a joke at times. They were saying on the WFPI on Radio 5 Live that Winnipeg is one of the worst cities in the developed world, is that true?
