On the subject of Larrald. I'm making a sourdough with a bit of rye flour tonight /

tomorrow. Sort of pan de campagne style.

Warning for all Rothbakers out there. Once you start making sourdough, it's hard to turn back and make anything else. And it's hard to eat as much as you want to make.
