Do you reckon the Prem is stronger or weaker than 2 seasons ago?

Out of those we'll be expected to battle the drop with Palace and West Brom look stronger since last visit. Villa...who knows with Sherwood taking over from Lambert.
Similarly Sunderland.
Newcastle will depend on new management and how much cash Ashley releases.

Personally I think it looks a bit tougher.
