yes they should, but that isn't happening
not due to out-right racism, but probably mostly sub-concious decisions made on out-dated stereo-typing
to get past that mind-set positive action is needed
os yeah, it is a very good idea, one that shouldn't be needed, but the world ain't perfect so it is
nobody is being forced to give anybody a job here, they're just being forced to think on a bit
