You'd keep that habit going where you like to get up and make a drink
Then you'd be more productive in your work, but you wouldn't notice. You only would when you go "do you know what, I'm gonna have real tea for a change, just one a day maybe and be good rest of the day"
Then you'd slip back to you old routines like I do, and you'll feel tired/crashing/feeling/behind on work
One of those things you'll only realise once you've felt it
I've got it really bad this week because I started the week tired and grabbed for the tea. Even though I know, and I've said all the ^^above, it's a vicious cycle because we all like that hit tea/coffee gives us
