We need to get the capacity up to 33,500 to 35,000

We wouldn't sell out every first team home game like we do at the moment but we would do for Man Utd and the London Clubs etc. We simply have to do it while we can afford to do it and don't forget it was part of David McNally's original business plan when we first went up under Paul Lambert only for it to be rather mysteriously dropped.
