Have you tried google maps over Norwich? All 3d models and such nowadays

Looks quite nice but needs a decent computamabob to handle it. Would be good to fly around on Google Cardboard VR i bet.

Before updating make sure you have all your software licences/keys and important files backed up just in case. I've never done their upgrade thing but you'll probably have to reinstall everything else again
