Agree with Tombs

System isn't perfect, but at least it's a system. And it was advertised well in advance (picked up priority membership Middle of last week for my wife).

I know people are trying to be helpful but is it really helpful to take tickets out of a regulated selling process and into an unregulated "help out a fan" concept. Seems very thoughtful but rather misguided to me.
