coincidentally the escalations manager blokey rang during this and machine gunned off a load of excuses about lack of trained engineers and time constraints and how he was doing his best blah blah blah.... me: "it's sorted" "sorry?" "there's a guy here now he's sorted it"

i hope it is anyway.
