just allow away season tickets in first wave, and second wave limited to those with purchase history and who don't have a ticket yet, 1 per number same as the first wave

mcnally said general sale would have encourage touting more than what we're doing, maybe his definition of general sale is a free for all, doesn't seem to mind that fans without memberships are getting royally f**ked
