I'm guessing that the two lines (books and screen) converge with the Vale marching on Winterfell, but for different reasons (books, Sansa (happy) + Harry The Heir; series, Sansa (already there and miserable but revengeful)). Either way Stannis and Boltons will wear themselves out and the Vale will take the North.
I'm just loving all the Arya stuff and the Tyrion/Jorah line is great too (they've done a clever job with that from the books, adapting several different plotlines but keeping the essentials and the strong points). I loved the game of lies, and the way even Arya didn't realise she was lying about the Hound - but Jaqen did.
I'm just hating Dorne. The Sand Snakes are beyond ridiculous, that fight scene was laughably pathetic, the Myrcella stuff unnecessary.
I'm so-so about KL. Cersei isn't losing it the way she does in the books. Margaery is so well acted it shows some of the others up a little, but the bit with her, Cersei and Jonathan Pryce was really well acted, though not so well written (imho).
The rape scene (yes it was clearly rape) was horrible to watch, even though we experienced it vicariously via Theon. I imagine that's the thing that starts to bring the real Theon back to the surface. I can also imagine Brienne killing Stannis just after he triumphs or something, but I'm not so sure how that's going to work.
There is confirmed Ghostage in the next episode. Can't wait!
Too Many Words. Soz.
