It's a brillers place...

lovely pubs and restaurants; beautiful beach; walk down the beach and round the harbour down to harbour in and back across the common.
Brewery tour is great but probably not very romantic.
If you can afford it eat in The Swan or The Crown, or take afternoon tea in the Swan.
There's a speedboat trip that goes from the harbour - you can do the coast trip that is a real adrenaline ride or take the trip down to Blythburgh where it stops for pub lunch. Done both and both excellent.
If you like walking then drive the short trip to Minsmere

To be honest i'd just enjoy the beach and the hostileries - hire a beach hut for two days (you can hire them from the lady in the cafe on the beach if you are quick) and uncork a bottle and watch the world go by.
