Tickets together

I did eventually get tickets for me and a mate but not together. It wouldn't let me order two tickets I had to add each separately to the basket then select our customer nos at the end. Not the end of the world we are both grown ups but would have been nice to sit together.

What should j have done that j didn't and can I fix it? I was using a phone to order which seemed harder than it might have been
