I'd seen one moaning about something unspecified, and another replied "Thornbridge next". I did wonder, but not enough to look into to actually find out.

There's one US craft brewer that I know of (the name escapes me) that got taken over by one of the big boys (might have been SAB actually), who still have rather a good reputation, because basically the new owners have changed nothing. Be interesting to see how long that lasts, because making good beer properly is *much* more expensive than how literally all the big breweries operate.
