Regarding those Wembley views

For anyone that has been there, which areas would you recommend for a decent view/atmosphere for a family?

And how does the cabbage work? Presumably it can take forever for people to get back to the coach, so you are dependent on the slowest person on your coach, so just luck of the draw?
