Good work. That will come back

Put the miles in and the times take care of themselves I imagine. If nothing else, get involved in the park runs, having a bit of competition and seeing my times coming down was a great motivator for me.

When I started running I was doing about 7mi/m - although my base was reasonable from having done a fair bit of cycling. Taken my 10km from 2014 down from 45 minutes to 38 and my 5km to 18. Still struggle a bit with sustaining the top-end speed - wonder if some interval work in addition to mileage would be useful.
