wrath advice please

i'm tasked with investigating upgrading the entry system to the 4 apartments in my building from voice to video. I've found a system online that looks the business. Spoke to a couple of electricians locally but they have told me to talk to alarm/security installers for this kind of job. Done that but they want to come and do the whole 'sell' at my place next week. So I'm well armed, anyone know what I should be looking at in terms of costs for this kind of job?
