will UEFA look at it that way

after practically forcing Wales to set up a league to justify its existence , only to see teh champions foprge a chance to play in teh champions league , just to get somebody who HAS NOT QUALIFIED ACCORDING TO THE UEFA RULES IN PLACE AT THE START OF THIS SEASON , into teh competition and make money by doing so , Liverpool may as well hawk themselves around Wales , Luxemburg , Ireland , Malta or any other small country , offer a few bob and " buy " the place - sets a dangerous precedent to me
