The Andy Cole Teddy Sheringham situation springs to mind...

Hated each other, never said a word to each other off the pitch. On it they worked together in unison like team mates should.

England should have someone in charge capable of managing slightly difficult players/situations.

Such a shame we're missing out an a wonderful talent because of what appears to be other people's jealousy.
