Wes has to resist the temptation to hold on to the ball too long, then lose it.Apart from

often leading to dangerous counter attacks it slows down our own attacks. We basically only score when we attack fast, giving the opposition no time to organise. It's basic stuff, but Wes is still guilty of it too frequently. Same goes for Redmond, but losing possession wide is not as dangerous as losing it in the centre.
