I think it will be difficult for him in the Premier League in particular. We struggled to sign the players we wanted and needed to move us forward (Alderweireld / Quagliarella / Biglia etc..) even when we were a relatively established Prem team.

As a newly promoted side, with a manager that no foreign players will even have heard of, it will be difficult to attract players with the quality that we need - unless we can offer them ridiculous wages, which would be a big gamble.
