AV is not the same as PR and what pisses me off when we had a

fantastic MP in the 80s the tories moved the boundaries and the largest town within our constituency was moved out and another Conservative town was moved in and the said MP lost the next election. Also if that is the case why do most other countries have PR and you honestly believe it is fair ?
And finally if that is the case why do the constituency sizes vary so much ?
