Has Nathan Redmond improved since we signed him?

Very frustrating player, thought it was a big ask to throw him into the premier last season but thought he coped pretty well.

Was expecting his game to have come on leaps and bounds this season but it doesn't really seem to have happened.

Hasn't added that many goals to his game, end product is still very hit and miss. Considering he's a fairly experienced player now (although still young) I'm a bit disappointed that he doesn't seem to be taking his game to next level when he clearly has plenty of natural flair and talent.

What's people's thoughts?
