unless perhaps he tries to do it at 90%, saving his real peak for the Tour - then he could be in trouble.

I think Porte could go well. He seems to be following the Wiggins/Froome model of losing weight while improving time trailling, and sweeping up all the early season stage races. Just a question of if he can avoid his usual bad day.

Hopefully Porte or Uran will have a couple of minutes on Contador after the (really long) time trial, so that he is forced to attack in the last week. Could be a bit of anti climax if he takes the lead early and then just defends it while trying to save his legs for the Tour.
