Well if the Tories stick to their word then the NHS will

Be well funded and the benefits from continued economic growth should start to flow through to the NHS. If they don't then it will rightly be a stick to beat them with next time.

I actually think the proposed changes to how doctors surgeries and pharmacies operate should help ease the strain a bit.
