What would the policies of a Wrath Party be?

We could sweep Norfolk in 2020 and use the balance of power to hold the government to ransom until our policies were implemented.

I'm thinking:

- all road distance signs to say 9
- all road numbers to be 9
- all house numbers to be 9
- total abolition of the colour blue
- stout fence with border patrols to keep those at the wrong end of the A140 out
- all Ethels to be lightly par-boiled
- Newcastle to pay half

What policies have I missed?
