turnout was only 65% last time and that didn't change anything

I don't see why a tiny turnout would make a difference. it's up to the public to demand representation.

Effectively 22.5% of the population voted for the government. Not exactly a democracy, and that's not even considering the non-demoractic way votes are conducted in parliament
