Football Management games

just ordererd a new computer, aint played champ manager for a couple of years. was just wondering what the best management game is nowadays?

Championship Manager used to be THE game, but i heard the writers split in 2 and produced Football Manager as a direct rival. and there's also fifa manager?

i'm sure all you computer addicts can help me out here? :)
