breathalysers outside football grounds

Just listening to 5 live and today at Cambridge the Buddies will be breathalysing people who look like they've had a few and known trouble makers.

The plod they interviewed said the limit would be about twice the drink drive limit. That's only a couple of pints.

Me thinks if this catches on most grounds would be half empty.
The other side of he coin is that once you get in the ground, guess what, you can buy more beer
