...if this is based on the number of searches of

"How much does * cost in [x country]."

....then it probably tells you more about what visitors are likely to be searching for before they visit / go to live there or whatever?

Which would be consistent with the UK one "How much does it cost to live in the UK?" - presumably that's something people overseas search for. Can't imagine why here would (we already know...)

So this tells you that non-Brazilians are interested in the cost of prostitutes in Brazil. So it's everyone else who should be shuffling nervously, presumably.
