I dunt have an amazon account anymore (boring story inside)

I ordered an item, so they sent me a bigger version because they didn't have the one I asked for. When I said they sent me the wrong one, they suggested that the bigger version was good compensation which is why I was sent them

10 emails later without it being resolved I told them to shut my account down
