What's the best way to get to that Wemberley from the remote and frozen North?

Train to a Big Station and then underground to Wemblers?
Train to a Big Station and then underground & overground to Wemblers?
Drive to the end of a tube line and then tube - Cockfosters I've used in the past for That London games.
Public transport to a couple of miles away from Wemblers and then Shanks Pony? On the basis that the public transport will be full of c**ts?

Where to drink if training it? Central? Near Wemblers?
