Still keeping myself reasonably fit although have lost about 3/4 stone of muscle since I got injured. Tore my calf in the last game of last season too, so didn't do any cardio for a while. Ho hum, started now.

Still see Bendall up in Notts every now and then, when he's in a sociable phase! Believe he's either in or shortly going to Goa on holiday at the mo.

I'm living near the Chiltern Cheetahs at the mo, so the other option for me is to switch allegiances. Obviously would rather be a Devil though!
