I think my only option is family on canary coach

will it really be as hellish as everyone on here implies? I won't be driving, so getting family across town on public transport sounds horrible/unreliable. at least canary coaches will definitely run/get us home and kids can sleep.

Do they run back to the bus station normally or the ground? I've never ever gotten it...

Presumably journey time from northish london up to norfolk wouldn't be that horrendous. stopping national express from heathrow took 4.5 hours, so it must be quicker than that (hopes.....)
