It will be interesting to see how he does next season

I read somewhere that Brighton are releasing loads of players this summer, so presumably he'll be able to bring in a few - which I think was one of his strengths here.

He has had managed sides in this league before, so it will be interesting to see if he has changed his approach permanently to become more defensive, or whether it's more a 'horses for courses' thing.
