if we don't go up next season will be interesting to see how Neil does. I think

He's done a very good job but there remains a part of me who thinks our success second half of the season owes as much to the fact we have better players than most teams and that they are just playing more to their potential since Adams went. Of course it takes a decent manager to get them doing that but hard to tell at this stage if Neil has the touch of "genius" we all hope he has or whether any competent manager with these players would be getting the same results out of them.

There has certainly been the odd blip with the Brentford and Wigan games plus that first 20 minutes v Boro which was pretty appalling given the importance of that game.
