The last episode

Having lost 8-0 to Fulham, city battle through the playoffs and meet their arch-rivals in the finals. Back from his loan in France, the Dutch record-signing comes off the bench to score a hat-trick... but it's not enough, we lose in a penalty shoot-out. The last scene is of the tough-as-nails manager hinting that he might stay to take the team up next year, hinting at a second season.
