After a terrible yesterday, and waking up in a grump, today has been cracking.

Two hour run this morning, birthday party for my 5 year old niece at lunchtime, followed by an impromptu bbq with my mum and dad this evening.

Had five bottles of bitter and am now quite content and relaxed. Brilliant day.
