Worthy and cup games

With regard to the posts below, he's on record more or less every season (quiet this mind) stating that he'd love a cup run, partly for the glory and partly because he sees it as a relatively easy way into Europe (because the "big" clubs don't give a s**t until there's about 8 left). Which is why he always plays his best available 11. To zero or less than (unecessary injuries and failing to rest) effect.

Can't think of the last time we beat a club from a higher division though (technically, it's probably Bolton, but that doesn't really count as it was after penalties). Struggling to remember when we've beaten a team from the same division for that matter ...
