Sadly, the evidence this poor fellow has found does make a strong argument

I remember seeing it on the telly too, didn't really understand what was happening but accident or not, the shocking state of stadiums back then, with the pens and fencing and appalling herding of supporters by police who treated even little kids like potential hooligans...I'm surprised there were not more disasters to be honest
