Hang on, think I've got it, going through it again.

So correct up to where I narrowed it down to July or August (since it has to be in a month without a unique day).

For Bernard to now know, it can't be the 14th (still available in both July and August), so we get rid of that too. But he still only knows it is one of the 16th July, 15th or 17th August.

However, Albert now knows. Since there are two dates still left available in August, he must have been told July. It must the be one day still available in July. So, I think it is July 16th
