Again second or even third hand but he started off "just having a look" - though he seemed quite actively involved - then after a while took his decisions and we've not looked back. Has the potential to be one of our best ever managers, if he stays long enough (which I'm hopeful he will - after us he wants a properly big job, not another stepping stone, and those clubs will want to see more from us under him first, as do we all :-).
