Argh

Was just getting into "the zone" with my work, then the f**king postman put some stuff through the door. I spent a moment deciding whether to go and get it, then realised that I might as well cos I was distracted by now anyway.

And then when I get there, it isn't even the f**king post, it's just a bunch of crap about special offers at the f**king supermarket or something. Why the f**k do they insist on putting this s**t through the door every week, nobody reads it surely?!
