I went there on my stag do and was drunk the entire time so

can't really remember but I do recall that (if the weather is decent) the beach is excellent (big, sandy with lots of room), Sandbanks and parts of Poole are very nice and the Jurassic coast is pretty stunning and well worth a boat trip.

I would venture to suggest that that Tim Berry is your man here.
